PNW Canine Cinema Club

A Monthly Cinema Appreciation Forum for PNW Furries

The PNW Canine Cinema Club (PNWC3) is a small group of furries and cinema aficionados—both hobbyists and professionals—who meet once a month to critically screen films and host discussions afterwards. While the host and admin of the group is canine, not all members must necessarily be so, all species are invited to join and participate!

What makes the PNWC3 special are its post-screening critical discussions and book club-like atmosphere. We want to foster a space for furs to develop their storytelling skills through the examination and appreciation of the combined art form of cinema. All voices and points of view are respected and appreciated.

Important Notes

  • You do NOT have to be a canine furry to attend!
  • All screenings of the PNWC3 are held in Issaquah, WA.
  • Parking is at a premium! Please carpool, if possible, to limit the impact of limited guest parking.
  • All screenings of the PNWC3 are BYOB, potluck-style gatherings. Popcorn will be provided by the host. You must bring a dish!
  • Dogs (bio-dogs) are present in the space. If you have an allergy or are uncomfortable around large-breed canines, please do not attend.
    • You may not bring your pet to screenings.
  • Fursuits are welcome! But please be mindful of others. If you're going to want to get into or out of suit during the screening, we will not pause the event for you. So be aware you may miss part of the film.
  • We encourage you to bring an iPad or notebook with which to take notes during the film for the post-screening discussion.
  • Attendance is limited to Group Members and capped at 5 attendees per event. Attendance is confirmed on a first-come-first-served, sign-up basis.
